Archbishop Ron has served across a wide range of ministries and professional fields. He brings extensive experience in social welfare, particularly in alcohol and other drugs support, homelessness services, mental health nursing, and mission work. He has also held consulting and management roles in Thailand, Laos, Kenya, and India, reflecting a long-standing commitment to practical service and international mission.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Ecumenical Christian Welfare (ECW), the welfare arm of the church, which he established in 2002. In this role, he works full-time in community welfare while continuing to devote significant time to his ministry in Thailand. In addition, he is widely sought after as both a religious and civil wedding celebrant.
